ELMS Associates is a training provider for the police service, local authorities and crown enforcement agencies. The company is based in Darlington delivering courses at local venues and throughout the UK.

Currently, ELMS are looking to develop and deliver training for the police and security services to the standards and best practices required within the UK for European Countries and the Middle East.

Our courses are designed to reflect the needs of each candidate and their employer. All course content are mapped against National Occupational Standards and accredited by a relevant awarding body. They also comply with the legal requirements and recognised best practice for that sector.

ELMS has the capacity and resources to provide training including assessment to organisations of all sizes through our comprehensive associates programme.

All of our associates hold the requisite qualifications have current experiences and expertise for their particular subject area. Our associates include those who are currently working or have recently worked and recognised for their specialist knowledge and practical application to the workplace.
